1kg pizza dough
20 fresh and de-shelled prawns
100g maize (canned or previously cooked)
Stretch the pizza dough until you obtain the desired shape, keep the thickness below 35mm. Distribute evenly on top the mozzarella that has previously been cut up into little cubes. Add the sliced courgettes, the prawns and the maize. Sprinkle with abundant olive oil. Put into the oven at very high heat for 5/6 minutes (it could take longer depending on the heat). When done add the rocket and serve immediately.
